Comment by Roberto Kaplan on April 25, 2013 at 1:27 I am curious to follow up your experience Martinus.
Comment by Martinus Mars on April 18, 2013 at 14:20 Hello Roberto,
Unfortunately, I suggested to the optician lenses with no treatment plus to minus lenses. Thank you for your advice and your practical recommendation.
With the half face experiment I'm trying to get in contact with myself. For me it is interesting and visually different is the facial expression and the phenomenon.
Your note about the perceptual dissociation has touched me deeply. I have the impression that remained in my past hanging parts of me are making themselves felt again. For me it is important to remember me to express myself the way I am meant.
Sincerely and until soon Martinus.
Comment by Roberto Kaplan on April 16, 2013 at 23:40 Now with the data, it is possible to offer some Kaplan EyeCode® feedback about your perceptions and some considerations for an approach Martinus. I have just looked at the design you did for your photos on Facebook. I did the two half experiment for myself some years ago and it is very interesting.
In a short summary (Not a diagnosis or therapy and offered without prejudice), this is what I can offer you in the present moment:
Lowering your nearsighted prescription is a good sign that you have altered some of your myopic perceptions inside of you. On the other hand, the esophoric projection or more accurately, what could be an esotropia, is a sign of perceptual dissociation. This means somewhere back there in your life, a developmental step of integration stopped, obviously for good reasons.
There are specific steps to begin this reintegration process and that would require in-office coaching. The use of the prism that the practitioner has provided is a good first-aid approach to reduce the symptoms. In the long run, it may be wise to undergo a vision therapy process as well, especially if you wish to go deeper into the background reasons, like fear etc.
Esophoria is a projection of two-eyed vision to pull inwards, to go to the centre of self in survival. One of the standard treatments is to use plus lenses over the minus lenses to reduce the focusing demand. Has you dr. suggested this?
Obviously, the steps I described in the blog post, from yesterday could be a way to go, or alternatively find a practitioner in your area. I will be visiting the Berlin area next year for personal sessions and workshops. I also work near Stuttgart and Wien.
Comment by Martinus Mars on April 16, 2013 at 12:09 Hello Roberto,
thanks for your quick response and the expiration notice for improvement of vision in 3 steps.
The following values were measured from the optician:
Right Eye:
späre -3.25
cylinder +0.00
prism 2.5 (for glasses)
base 180
IOT 11 (14 clock)
Left Eye:
späre -2.75
cylinder +0.25
axis 115 °
Prism 2.5 (for glasses)
base 0
IOT 17 (14 clock)
The measured prism outside is 11.0Δ.
Regards Martinus.
Comment by Roberto Kaplan on April 16, 2013 at 9:36 Thanks for the update Martinus. If you read my blog I posted today, you can see it would be helpful for you to also write about the measurements of refraction (diopters) the Doctor measured. I can then link that to your esophoria question. Roberto
Comment by Martinus Mars on April 16, 2013 at 9:24 Questions:
Can you give me information regarding esophoria?
Does it mean that one eye is too tight (right) and the other (left) wants to compensate for something? It is also significant that both eyes less common to work together?
About an answer from you I would be very happy. Maybe it will help me further.
Comment by Martinus Mars on April 16, 2013 at 9:24 Hello Roberto and all other
Thank you for your note.
On your advice, I have had to perform an eye exam for my eyes. I want to share the results with you.
Following investigation was made:
My glasses were measured.
The eyes were measured and determined the appropriate values.
An image of the fundus of the eye is created and evaluated.
The IOP was measured.
The following results were obtained:
The background image of the eye was assessed as normal.
The visible veins and arteries are not bent and relative normal. It was recognized, however, a little pigmentation as less threatening.
The eye pressure is in the range of tolerance. The left eye had a pressure higher than the right eye.
My glasses had different values than the measured ones. The values of glasses are too strong.
There is an esophoria. The left eye is more inward. My eyes are working less.
A measurement of the electrochemical sensitivity was not performed. I was given the hint that it is the shadow of a kind of exhaustion or fatigue phenomenon is.
I have recommended to get eye exercises to relax my eyes.
Also, I've had to change my glasses to the newly determined values. Now the look is much more pleasant for me.
Comment by Roberto Kaplan on April 14, 2013 at 4:15 Hello Martinus: As you can appreciate it is not possible to make diagnoses on this platform. Your symptoms should be investigated by an Ophthalmologist or suitable medical doctor. Ask for a check up for electro smog hypersensitivity, Vitreous changes as well as the pressure inside the eye. Please let us know what they find and then we can look at the metaphoric connection through the EyeCode®. Much success, Roberto
Comment by Martinus Mars on April 14, 2013 at 3:15 Hello Roberto and everyone else.
I want to share with you something and ask questions:
If I feel inside me I have a feel throbbing in me. It feels like an electric current. The more I feel more into it the more it pulls me inside.
It feels comfortable as a kind of massage. Do I look like through my eyes I see black shadows, the buzzing like white smoke or fog-like around me. These perceptions I had seen most evenings.
The more I into me feel all the more smoke and fog seems.
In this perception, I feel that I am amazed and impressed.
My questions:
Note what would give me the throbbing black shadow or white mist? If I see my emotions at the moment the perception? Have you or someone else has this experience?
PS: I am not a native English speaker and used a translation program to write these lines.
Comment by Roberto Kaplan on April 29, 2012 at 0:33 Thanks for your comment Callie. This approach you are suggesting is well documented. If it feels good, do it. The process of eye self-healing is about arranging the right energetic frequencies, like homeopathy. Colours activate and relax retinal function. Obviously, using colour is one of your ways that can be helpful. Good noticing.
