Improving vision is more than eye exercises. It is a state of mind. Requires taking responsibility of negative perceptions of your eyes and what you see in your life. The Seeing without Glasses is an excellent way to start the process.  You begin with phase one and progress through to Phase Three.  Pinholes are only a step and there is also a pinhole booklet I have prepared that is an excellent way to train your self on how to use the pinholes correctly. Check it out.
