I receive many letters from people asking for help. Here is one I received this morning.

"Hi:I have just today ordered one of your books off amazon and am looking forward in a better eyesight. I was wondering if you could help me with the following. I am looking forward in improving my eyesight to hopefull one day get rid of my glasses. The question I have is, do I continoue wearing my glasses or get a second pair with a lower strength instead which I think would be a better aproach. Could you please help me out on this one. My current prescription:

RE: +1.25/-2.75/10
LE: +1.75/-2.50/155

Best Regards,
A."

From an EyeCode® 2 perspective, this makes for a very interesting case example, to see the potency of this perception technology, that is the next step of vision care as we know it today.

At first glance, one would assume that the person A, would just need to wear this lens prescription before his eyes. This prescription would correct the refractive error. A is 24 years old. From an EyeCode® perspective we first decode this information. I did this by transforming the numbers into an artistic visual representation.

One can see from the lens prescription there is both farsightedness and nearsightedness conditioned perceptions. The nearsighted perceptions are associated with the view along the yellow dotted line for each eye. This is the orientation of view that is the UNCLEAR perception for his far view, that is, accurately projecting clearness from his inside into his world view. This may not be Earth shaking news, however, the normal way of prescribing lenses would be to say: "Let's just give these numbers because it will sharpen his looking and the patient will be happy." Right? Yes, and there is more. For those patients, like A, who want to take a proactive involvement in their visual well being, a modern therapeutic EyeCode® approach is possible. Here we go!

First we analyse the situation more deeply and from an integrated point of view. There is a reason for this unique combination of perceptions. A is nearsighted in his view from Quadrant A and C for each eye. These quadrants correspond to EyeCode® 1, where we decode information from the Iris. These quadrants reflect on the inner perceptual world of A, his development of his perceptual will and inner secrets of his very essence from his relationship with his mother and father. It is not necessary to know the details behind this point, suffice to say, it is the frame or context for the design of a therapeutic lens prescription for A.

In terms of encoding new light into his eyes and activating a therapeutic process of waking up the suppressed and pulled in perceptions for A, requires that we increase the focus of the light along the dotted lines meridians. This means when he wears his new therapeutic glasses, the focused light along this orientation will reach the brain faster and wake up sleeping perceptions. According to Harvard Psychiatrist, Frederick Schiffer, this is where the dormant emotions are stored and through the eyes we can activate the brain’s memory.

So the new therapeutic lens prescription would look like this:

Right +0.25 -1.75 axis 010
Left +0.75 -1.50 axis 155

This means, when A looks through these glasses he will be asked to selectively focus along the yellow dotted line of his view through each eye. The opposite solid yellow line view will be unfocused, therefore of less interest. Over time, this will stimulate perceptual correlates, memories, in his brain that will form the basis for additional encoding in a therapeutic process. Of course, A will be advised to continue wearing his normal glasses for all driving and other life threatening events.

Thanks Joseph for your good eyes. I had made a copying error. The changes are made in the copy and photograph now. Regarding your second question. The greater amount of myopia along the 100th meridian certainly has an EyeCode® implication. One could therapeutically consider lessening the lens prescription before the left eye to bring even more focused light onto the 100 meridian (right eye). This will activate the perceptual world for A. behind the RE unclearness. I would personally choose to do this later. First patching the left eye and coaching A. and decoding the perceptions through his father eye.

The training to perceive through the right eye will also have encoding of the new perceptions that will be constructed from the diary he keeps, recording the one-eyed experiences as well as the looking through the therapeutic glasses.

Appreciate you input Joseph. Be well, Roberto

Dear Roberto,
1. Why reduce the astigmatism in front of the OS only of 0,5??
2, Why in front of the OS is the dotted yello line -1,25? and not of -0,75!?
- There is more Myopya on the OD (father) line AC: -1,50; that on the OS (mother) line AC: -0,75 and not -1,25; Therefore, between the two eyes there is 50% of difference!
Does that carry consequence for EyeCode prospect?
Thank you for your answer.
Cordially
Joseph
