Ode to the Brain! by Symphony of Science

A lovely few moments of acknowledging our brain, the transporter and hard drive for our perceptions. Enjoy.

Great Mort. Can't wait to read your book. When will it be out?

Roberto, beautiful video!
Following through about the brain, "the transporter and hard drive for our perceptions," here's the first paragraph on the back cover of my forthcoming book, Building a Better Mind:
If you want to develop your thinking, language, creativity, and a lot more that makes us human, then objects in motion, space, and time --in other words, a model of the world --need to get into your body --into your brain --and into your mind. When you engage the physical realities, the mind builds the foundation for the mental processes vital to meeting the demands of life today. Call it the software for the brain's hardware to generate mental transactions and cognitive operations.

Therefore, Roberto, the first part of my book is about training procedures to emphasize the awareness of motion, space, and time via the senses.
